Return Process

  Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the order history section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific electronic components.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Distribution Center

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking number for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned electronics, a credit will be applied to your original payment method or wholesale account within 5-7 business days.
